Where do I get the Paperboy skill and rules file?

Three short files that teach an agent when to call Paperboy, what each call costs and the rule that nothing goes live without your say-so.

  • Claude Code skill: SKILL.md. Save it as .claude/skills/paperboy/SKILL.md in your project, or ~/.claude/skills/paperboy/SKILL.md for every project.
  • Cursor rule: paperboy.mdc. Save it as .cursor/rules/paperboy.mdc.
  • Codex instructions: AGENTS.paperboy.md. Append it to your repo's AGENTS.md.
