- Improved
The showcase now lists every site that publishes with Paperboy by default, not only sites that turned the badge on. Owners can opt out any time in site settings. The badge stays optional and still earns one extra article a month.
- New
Added 11 more comparison pages (Rankscale, Promptwatch, LLMrefs, WriterZen and others) and 5 more AI agent setup pages (Roo Code, Warp, Raycast, LibreChat and Open WebUI).
- Improved
Mobile menu now shows Start, Sign in and Pricing first, opens as a full sheet and closes when you tap a link or press Escape.
- New
New settings, billing and API keys pages, and a /start onboarding flow that takes you from your address to your first article.
- New
Added API keys and a REST API (v1, with an OpenAPI file), plus a remote MCP server that your AI agent can use with the same key and credits.
- New
New look for pricing, about, changelog, contact, security, agencies, help and the legal pages, with a full plan comparison and credits explained.
- New
Added in-app analytics: Search Console charts for each site, a view across all your sites and a weekly email with a chart.
- Improved
Mobile polish for the new home page: badge spacing, a sticky call to action and a compact dashboard preview.
- New
Added a page for each AI agent client (25 so far), 41 side-by-side comparison pages and an integrations wall.
- New
New light-first home page with a switch between SEO done for you and an agent view, plus a new header and footer.
- Improved
The article engine can now pick topics for sites without Search Console, makes a second fix round and cites more carefully.
- Improved
The MCP server (at /mcp), the REST API (at /api/v1) and credits are live, and the engine is open source under AGPL-3.0 for self-hosting from GitHub. The CLI is in the repository and is not on npm yet.
- New
Added a content calendar with drag and drop scheduling, an editor for your own posts and a media library.
- Improved
Multi-site dashboard, and one step to connect Search Console for all your sites.
- New
New logo everywhere and a redesigned blog.
- New
Added a badge you can put on your site, a showcase page and a link assistant.
- Improved
First article flow: paste your address, read the result, then start a 14-day trial on any plan.
- New
New design system and home page: ink and newsprint colors, fact-check pills and brand marks.
- New
Added pages for each publishing platform and AI agent, and an autoblogging guide.
- New
Added the AI crawlers list: 34 AI user agents with exact robots.txt lines, one page per crawler, and the data as open JSON and CSV (CC BY 4.0).
- New
Added the Results board: sites that run the Paperboy engine, with Google Search Console clicks and impressions for 90 days, the start date and the article count. Sites we own are labeled, and a site's numbers hide when its data is more than 4 days old. Customers can opt in from site settings.
- New
Added two free tools: a blog post cost calculator and a Search Console page two finder that reads your export in the browser.
- New
Added two free tools: a robots.txt generator for AI crawlers and an llms.txt generator.

- New
Added pages for pricing (with a machine-readable pricing.json), about, changelog, contact and security.
- Improved
Reconnecting Search Console on Paperboy's own site now refreshes the home page numbers right away instead of at the next daily run.
- Improved
A blog with no successful Search Console fetch now hides the impressions, clicks and chart instead of showing Waiting for Google.
- Improved
Topics now skip searches where most of the top ten results are large, strong sites, and the next topic is tried in the same run.
- Improved
Search Console numbers on the home page now come from daily totals, show when they were fetched, and hide themselves when they are more than 3 days old.
- Fix
Removed the sample article and the illustration from the home page, and made the contact address a working link.
- New
Published a dated robots.txt snapshot of 55 well-known sites, with a CSV, showing who blocks AI crawlers.

Second design pass on the agencies, help, legal, free checker and sign-in pages.
