seo.ai: pick it when it fits better

seo.ai calls itself an AI-powered SEO agent. Its homepage lists automatic content creation and publishing, backlinks through a link exchange network, Domain Rating tracking, and support for "50+ languages." It lists an optional approval step before publishing and a 7-day trial (seo.ai).

The pricing page lists two plans. Single Site is $149 a month for 1 website in 1 language. Multi Site is $299 a month for up to 3 websites or languages. Both list Google Ads creation and optimization, performance monitoring, backlinks and free human support. Annual billing is listed with a 25% discount, but no yearly figure is shown. You can choose automatic publishing, drafts, or review in the platform (seo.ai/pricing).

Pick it if you want one agent that handles articles, backlinks and Google Ads, with human support, and you publish to Shopify, Wix, Squarespace or Magento.

Limit: cited sources and a step that compares claims with sources are not listed on the pages we read. The pricing page does say "SEO specialists continuously review and make spot checks" (seo.ai/pricing). Plans are tied to one language per site on Single Site.

Paperboy

Paperboy "researches, writes, fact-checks and publishes SEO articles to your own website." Your first article is free with no credit card. You can approve the first articles before anything goes live, and you can cancel with one button (paperboyseo.com).

Pick it if you want finished posts on a schedule, with every number checked against a linked source and held when it fails, from $49 a month (paperboyseo.com).

Limit: it writes SEO blog articles only. Backlink building, Google Ads and an AI search tracker are not listed. Shopify, Wix and Webflow publishing are coming soon. Search Console is an optional connection that helps pick topics.

Koala

Koala describes itself as "AI SEO software with an SEO agent that plans from your Search Console data, a writer that drafts on-brand articles, and one-click publishing to your CMS." It lists a "Free to start" option with no credit card required (koala.sh). We do not quote a Koala price here. See koala.sh/pricing for current plans, and our Koala alternatives page.

Pick it if you want an SEO agent and writer under one login. Limit: a fact check step is not listed on its homepage.

RankYak

RankYak lists one plan, RankYak Pro, at $99 a month per site, or $82.50 a month on yearly billing, with "one article per publishing day," 40+ languages, backlinks through partner sites and a 3-day trial. Each extra site is $99 a month (rankyak.com/pricing).

Pick it if you want a daily publishing rhythm in one flat plan. Limit: a fact check is not listed on the pricing page.

Outrank

Outrank lists "30 SEO-optimized articles per month generated and published on auto-pilot," automated keyword research and automated backlink building. Its pricing page says trial articles carry a watermark (outrank.so/pricing). Check that page for the current price.

Pick it if you want 30 articles and backlinks in one plan. Limit: a fact check is not listed on the pricing page.

What a fact check compares

"Fact-checked" can mean different things, so ask each tool what it compares.

Paperboy's check works like this (paperboyseo.com):

  • Every number in the article must appear in the source it links to.
  • Every cited sentence is compared with that source's own words.
  • If anything fails, the article gets one rewrite.
  • If it still fails, it is held for you instead of being published.

That is a check against the source text. It does not tell you whether the source itself is right. seo.ai describes human spot checks by SEO specialists, which is a different kind of review (seo.ai). Whatever you choose, check names and numbers yourself. No tool can promise rankings, traffic or AI citations.

  • Want a check that states what it compares, from $49 a month: Paperboy.
