Affiliate program terms

These terms are between you and Hive Asset Group, LLC, a Minnesota company that runs Paperboy. By creating an affiliate link you accept them.

Commission

You earn 30 percent of each payment made on a Stripe subscription by an account that signed up through your link. The base is the amount paid, without tax. Commission runs for 12 months from the referred account's first payment. Trial invoices of $0 earn nothing.

Attribution

Your link sets a cookie for 30 days. If the visitor creates an account in that window, the account is credited to you. The first affiliate credited keeps the account. We cannot credit sign-ups we cannot see, such as an account made before the click.

Payouts

Commissions are recorded as pending when the payment arrives and are paid by hand. Contact hello@paperboyseo.com with your payout details when you have a balance. We may hold a commission until the payment is settled, and we void a commission on a payment that is refunded or disputed.

Rules

• Say plainly that you earn a commission when you share your link. Follow your local advertising rules.
• No self-referrals, no fake or duplicate accounts, no cookie stuffing, no incentivised sign-ups.
• No paid search ads on the Paperboy brand name or domain.
• No spam, no hidden or deceptive links, and no link exchanges. Do not buy or sell links to paperboyseo.com.
• Do not claim results we have not published.

Changes and ending

We can change these terms or end the program with notice by email. Commissions already earned stay payable unless they broke these rules. We can remove an affiliate who breaks them.
